Booking and Availability

How do I book a photography session with you?

The best way to book is through my inquiry form! Once I receive your submission, I’ll personally reach out to go over your session details, confirm availability, and get you officially scheduled.


Do you require a deposit to book?

Full payment is typically required to secure your session. In some circumstances, I do offer a 50% non-refundable retainer. Your date and time are not officially reserved until payment or retainer has been completed


How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially for conventions, weekends, and limited event dates. My schedule can fill quickly and availability is limited.


Do you travel for photography sessions?

Yes! I regularly travel across Florida for both cosplay and milestone photography sessions. Travel pricing may vary depending on distance and location.


Session Types and Services

What types of photography sessions do you offer?

I specialize in cosplay and fantasy photography, but I also offer milestone and lifestyle sessions including boudoir, couples, maternity, portraits, weddings, pet photography, graduates, and more. If you don’t see your specific idea listed, feel free to reach out!


Do you photograph at conventions?

Yes! Convention photography is one of my specialties. I regularly photograph at anime, gaming, and comic conventions across Florida. These sessions are designed to be fast-paced, fun, and efficient while still creating polished final images.


Do you offer location photography sessions outside of conventions?

Absolutely. I offer both local and travel location sessions for cosplay, milestone, boudoir, and portrait photography. We can discuss location ideas during the planning process.


Cosplay Questions

Do I need modeling experience to book a cosplay session?

Not at all! Most of my clients are not professional models. I will guide you through posing, expression, and movement the entire time.


Can I bring props,armor, or large costumes?

Absolutely! Props, armor builds, wings, and detailed costumes are always welcome. I’m happy to work around larger cosplay pieces.


Can I book dup or group cosplay sessions?

Yes! Duo and group cosplay sessions of all sizes are available. Larger groups may require additional planning depending on size and location.


Boudoir Questions

Do you offer boudoir photography?

Yes! I offer both solo and duo boudoir sessions that are designed to be comfortable, empowering, confidence-focused, and fully guided.


I don't want to do nude photos. Are there other options?

Absolutely! Boudoir does not have to mean nude photography. Many clients choose to keep their session more on the glamor or suggestive side while still creating beautiful, empowering images.

Options can include lingerie, bodysuits, oversized sweaters, robes, bathing suits, implied poses, or fully styled glamor looks.

These sessions are all about confidence, comfort, and creating images that make you feel amazing in your own skin. Everything is guided by your personal boundaries.


I've never done boudoir before. Is that okay?

Of course! Most of my boudoir clients are first-timers. I will guide you through every step so you feel comfortable, confident, and never left guessing what to do.


Where do boudoir sessions take place?

Boudoir session locations vary depending on your vision and whether your session is convention-based or a standalone booking.

Available options can include:

  • Private hotel room sessions
  • Client hotel room sessions
  • Hotel pool sessions
  • Secluded outdoor locations
  • Client home sessions
  • Local Orlando studio rentals

We can discuss the best fit during planning.


Images/Delivery/Privacy

Will my photos be private?

Yes! Every client receives a private password-protected gallery. Boudoir images and any images requested to remain off social media will never be shared publicly without your permission.


How many photos will I receive?

Your final image count depends on the session you book. Additional images and full gallery upgrades are always available as optional add-ons.


How long does it take to receive my proof gallery?

Proof galleries are typically delivered within one week of your session unless a holiday, convention workload, or event schedule causes a delay.


How long does it take to receive my final edited images?

Final edited galleries are typically delivered within 4-8 weeks after proof image selections have been made. Rush turnaround options are also available.


Can I purchase additional images or my full galleries?

Yes! Additional images, extra edits, and full gallery upgrades are available for purchase either at booking or after your proof gallery is delivered.


Do you offer commercial usage right?

Yes. Commercial usage rights are available as an add-on for cosplay clients and are required for any monetized or business-related use of your final images.


General Client comfort questions

What should I bring to my photography session?

Bring your outfit(s), props if applicable, touch-up items, water, and comfortable shoes if we'll be moving between locations. Outdoor sessions during warmer months may also benefit from a neck or blotting sheets.


What happens if I feel awkward in front of the camera?

That is completely normal. Most clients feel a little awkward at first, but I guide you through posing, movement, and expression the entire time. Once we get started, it becomes much easier than you think.


Can I bring a friend with me?

YES! Friends are always welcome to any photo session you have booked. They are perfect for adding an element of comfort and safety, they are awesome at cape or dress tossing, they're perfect at seeing the tweaks that need to be made to your outfits/cosplays and they make for great stuff holders!
